About Time to Travel
Practical guides for visiting Europe, written for people who are planning a trip from outside it.
What this site is
Time to Travel explains the unglamorous parts of a European trip: entry rules, money, transport, where to stay, and the small local rules that catch visitors out. The goal is that you land knowing what to expect.
Who writes it
TODO (delete when done): write two or three honest sentences about yourself. Who you are, where you have traveled in Europe, and why you write about it. Add a real name and photo if you are comfortable doing so. A named author with real experience helps readers and reviewers trust the site.
How the guides are made
Every guide states the date it was last checked. Entry rules, fees, and prices change, so we link to official sources where they exist and update pages when the facts move. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
How the site is funded
Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you book through them, at no extra cost to you. Read the affiliate disclosure for the details.
